We send your Hamster Mail

We ship all boxes on the 21st of the month. All orders placed before the 20th will receive the current month's box. Orders placed on or after the 20th will be dispatched the following month.

No added sugar

Most hamsters love anything sweet, however many pet store products contain nasty added sugar which could increase their chances of developing diabetes and are bad for their teeth. Therefore, at Hamster Mail we do not include any treats with added sugar, only naturally delicious ingredients.

Each month we guarantee that there will be something for your hamster to gnaw, as we know how important it is to keep your hamster’s ever growing teeth right in check!

It is so vital to help support the organisations in the hamster world that are nurturing hamsters who have had a rough time or have yet to find their forever home. Therefore, each month we choose a hamster charity to send some well deserved goodies to and to be featured across our social media.
